As 4th Call for Proposals will be launched on 1 February 2011 with the deadline for project submission on 3 May 2011, the Joint Technical Secretariat organizes information seminars in Latvia and Lithuania.
The aim of these information seminars is to inform potential applicants about general provisions of the Programme, requirements on elaboration of application and changes regarding 4th Call for Proposals.
Therefore Programme invites everyone, who have project idea or who are not acquainted with the Programme general requirements to attend the half day information seminars and get to know about the Programme, supported activities, available funds, practical tips on partnership as well as initial stage of elaboration and submission of application.

- 8 February – Kuldīga (Municipal LTD 'Kuldigas komunalie pakalpojumi', Pilsētas laukums 2, Kuldīga)
- 9 February – Līvāni (Innovation Centre of Livani, Domes str 3, Livani)
- 15 February – Riga (Office of the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Latvia - Lithuania Programme, Ausekla str 14-6, Riga)
