INTERACT organises a training seminar, on evaluating European Territorial Cooperation programmes, that will offer a follow-up on information that was available in previous events hosted in 2010.
This seminar will focus on the ongoing evaluation of ETC programmes in particular and in the concept of evaluation the programmes in general. The content of this seminar reflects the structure of evaluation itself and therefore begins with its strategic and regulatory framework, making reference to the EU Regulation, then dealing with concrete issues, such as the writing of the terms of reference, implementation and finally focus on the evaluation of communication.
The presentations will be accompanied by practical exercises and further added value will be provided by the participation of external experts and practitioners discussing their own approach and experience in a very concrete way.
Participants will also be updated on the exercise proposed by the European Commission and supported by INTERACT called "Capturing the outcomes of ETC
