The seminar is targeted towards new finance staff within the programmes or those wanting to refresh and update their knowledge of the requirements for the 2007-2013 Territorial Cooperation programmes.
It is planned for two days and interlinks theory with practice. During the training, the participant will get not only an overview about programme and project financial management, but also an opportunity to put this knowledge into practice through some exercises: the analysis of project budgets, the detection of irregularities and the calculation of the new decommitment targets. There will be also a room for discussions and exchange of experience between different ETC and IPA CBC programmes.
