The 7th meeting of the Joint Monitoring and Steering Committee (JMSC) of the CBC Programme Lithuania-Poland took place in Birštonas, Lithuania on 14 June 2011. Members of the JMSC, consisting of representatives of the regional and national governmental institutions from both countries, approved the Annual Implementation Report of the Programme for 2010, projects requests for changes as well as reallocation of the Technical assistance budget. The detailed information about the decisions of the JMSC will reach beneficiaries in the nearest future. The independent evaluators from BGI Consulting presented results of the evaluation of the Programme communication activities as well as Small Project Fund efficiency.
The decision regarding the next call was postponed until early autumn.
