Clarification on the derogation to the rule of origin in IPA CBC
With Commission Decision C(2011) 3740 Article 19, paragraph 6 of the IPA Regulation 1085/2006, referring to granting derogations to the rule of origin for IPA CBC programmes has been clarified. All IPA CBC programmes' decisions are amended by adding a new article to this effect.
