EU continues to assist the enlargement countries in the period 2014-2020 through a revised Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA)
A proposal for a revised Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA) was adopted on 7 December by the European Commission, building on positive experience from the current assistance. The total amount proposed is €14,110 million over the period 2014-2020.
