The Committee of the Regions (CoR) is working to contribute to the shaping of the regulations for the 2014-2020 cohesion policy. The main objective is to make it more simple, effective and synergic with the Europe 2020 Strategy. The Common Strategic Framework (CSF) is the key tool to coordinate the different funds of EU regional policy (the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund).
