The Council of Oulu Region, as the Joint Managing Authority of the Karelia ENPI CBC Programme, invites interested individuals or companies to submit their application.
The selected candidate will act as an assessor on the programme's third call for proposals concentrating on forest based cooperation and on sustainable energy solutions. Interested candidates are invited to apply in accordance with the award documentation. The JMA will select one assessor who will assist the Selection Committee in the evaluation of the proposals submitted under the second call for proposals.
The offers are to be sent to the JMA at the latest by 15 September 2011.
