CASCADE, EUROCITIES' project on cities exchanging on local energy leadership, looks ahead to 2013. Next year, CASCADE will organise more than 20 peer-to-peer exchanges (study visits, mentoring visits and work shadowing) aimed at improving the delivery of local energy policies in European cities.
