The Regional Initiative Project "RETS: Renewable Energies Transfer System", financed by the INTERREG IV C programme, was launched with a European conference held on 3rd February 2010 in the town of Serta, Portugal. The aim of the project is to improve the knowledge and competencies of local and regional policymakers in renewable energy systems, and by doing so facilitate the deployment of effective renewable energies policies at local and regional level.download the newsletter here!
