FASHION ACCESSORIES COMPANIES FROM LA RIBERA START UP THE PROCESS FOR A BUSINESS CLUSTER
The Territorial Employment Pact of La Ribera (PATER), held a new Work Meeting with enterprises from the fashion accessories industry of this region to establish a cluster related to this sector. This meeting took place in the context of the European project Innovate-MED, whose main objective is the internationalization of the products related to the aforementioned economic sector.
In this sense, the first Work Meeting with the fashion accessories sector was held on the 27th January to inform the entrepreneurship about the benefits from joining through a cluster. Previous successful cases were exposed, and the next steps to achieve such an alliance were set up. A total number of thirteen companies from the sector attended this meeting, with the intention to go ahead with this joint project.
Promotion of this cluster and its related actions are framed within the Innovate-MED project, funded by the European Union with the aim of establishing innovative actions to increase the market potential between SMEs of the Mediterranean regions, located in Spain, Greece and Italy.
