During the first weeks of February the Joint Technical Secretariat organized nice information seminars. Three seminars were organized in Latvia: Kuldiga, Livani and Riga. Six seminars were organized in Lithuania: Klaipeda, Telsiai, Kaunas, Utena, Panevezys, Siauliai. All together 169 participants have attended seminars in Latvia and 239 in Lithuania .
