The Autonomous Region of Sardinia - Joint Managing Authority of the 2007-2013 ENPI CBC Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme, Operational Management Unit – informs on the publication of an open public tender (decision n. 33/722 of 28.03.2011 according to art. 3 and 28 of the EC Directive 2004/18/CE) concerning the supply of HW and SW products and services for the implementation of the monitoring system of the ENPI CBC Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme (CIG 1657752439).
The tender amount is set at a maximum of euro 438.000,00 VAT excluded. The tender will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender criteria, in compliance with article 53 of Directive 2004/18/CE and art. 55 Directive 2004/17/CE.
The offers shall be received not later than 16 May 2011 at 1.00 pm. They can be delivered by hand or sent by registered mail/courier to the following meeting: REGIONE AUTONOMA DELLA SARDEGNA – PRESIDENZA, AUTORITÀ DI GESTIONE COMUNE DEL PROGRAMMA ENPI CBC BACINO DEL MEDITERRANEO 2007-2013 – Servizio per la gestione operativa – via Bacaredda 184 – 09127 Cagliari.

Interested tenderers can ask for clarification on the tender only email (enpi.management@regione.sardegna.it), indicating “Request for clarification – Tender: Programme monitoring system”, not later than 5 May 2011 at 10.00 am.
Clarification will be provided at the latest by 9 May 2011 and will be published on the website of the Sardinia Region, without any reference to the tenderers.
