The Autonomous Region of Sardinia - Joint Managing Authority of the 2007-2013 ENPI CBC MED Programme, Operational Management Unit - informs on the publication of an open public tender (decision n. 28/649 of 16.03.2011 according to art. 55 par. 5 of decree-law n. 163/2006 - art. 3 and 28 of the EC Directive 2004/18/CE) concerning the external audit technical assistance expenditure and project management (payments) financed by the ENPI CBC Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme 2007/2013, for the financial periods from 1/1/2011 to 31/12/2016 (CIG 11996953A1).
The contract will start after its signature and will last six years expiring on the 30.06.2017 maximum.
The tender amount is set at a maximum of euro 217.000,00 VAT excluded. The tender will be awarded according to the lowest price criterion, in compliance with article 82 of decree-law 163/2006 (article 53 of Directive 2004/18/CE and art. 55 Directive 2004/17/CE).
The offers shall be received from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am till 06.00 pm not later than 2 May 2011 at 2.00 pm. They can be delivered by hand or sent by registered mail/courier to the following meeting: REGIONE AUTONOMA DELLA SARDEGNA - PRESIDENZA, AUTORITÀ DI GESTIONE COMUNE DEL PROGRAMMA ENPI CBC BACINO DEL MEDITERRANEO 2007-2013 - Servizio per la gestione operativa - via Bacaredda 184 – 09127 Cagliari (Italy).
The call for tenders (technical and administrative parts) and various forms are available on the website of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia (section “servizi alle imprese - bandi e gare”).
Interested tenderers can ask for clarification on the tender only by fax (+39 070.400.359) or email (enpi.management@regione.sardegna.it), indicating “Request for clarification - call for tenders for external audit services”, not later than 18 April 2011 at 2.00 pm.
Clarification will be provided at the latest by 22 April 2011 and will be published on the website of the Sardinia Region and of the Progamme (www.regione.sardegna.it and www.enpicbcmed.eu), without any reference to the tenderers.
The tender award procedure will start on 6 May 2011 at 10.00 a.m.
The call has been sent to the Official Journal of the European Union on 16.03.2011. The call for tender will be published in the Official Journal of the Sardinia Region and in the Official Journal of the Italian Republic.
