The focus group consists of a guided discussion with the direct involvement of agro-food and mechanics business operators.

The meeting will focus on needs and opportunities related to cleanability and sanitizing of food equipments. The specific objective is to identify any elements to guide industrial research projects toward innovative technical solutions which allow to increase the competitiveness of businesses that construct and use these kind ofequipments.

The focus Group is organised by Aster, in the framework of the TECH.FOOD project, funded by the Transnational Cooperation Program “South-East Europe” of the European Commission.
