Italian Prime Minister Mario Monti has announced the launch in 2013 of a project creating a Euro-Mediterranean Development Centre for Medium and Small Enterprises (MSMEs) to support MSMEs in the field of business development. The project, launched at the Med Forum Milan 2012, has been supported by the Union for the Mediterranean since its inception.
