EUROCITIES member Birmingham recently took centre stage in Brussels for its plan to tackle youth unemployment. The Birmingham Apprenticeship Scheme was presented during a conference co-organised by the Committee of the Region and the Commission showcasing good practice on how to fight youth unemployment.
