Cohesion policy, regional state aid and outermost regions were the key topics discussed at the meeting of the Commission for Territorial Cohesion Policy on 7 December. The draft resolution on the cohesion policy legislative package, elaborated by COTER chair Marek Wozniak (PL/EPP), is aimed at updating the CoR position taking into account the current inter-institutional negotiations and the recent discussions held by the Council about cohesion policy 2014-2020. The resolution recalls some key positions shared with the European Parliament, urging to include them in the final package. These include:
