BIO-EN-AREA Call for proposals for sub-projects 16 June – 20 September 2010, closed with the presentation of 11 proposals.
The results of the first Call for proposals were satisfactory and the Steering Committee members decided that a second Call was not necessary.
Following evaluation procedures, described in BIO-EN-AREA Manual for Sub-projects, the partners elaborated 11 reports (one for each proposal received).
The Autonomous Province of Trento (PAT), responsible partner of sub-projects component, compiled all the information received from the partners and elaborated a final document for the selection of sub-projects. Each partner gave a score to the applications received and the final document was discussed during the BIO-EN-AREA Steering Committee Meeting, celebrated in Växjö (4 November 2010).
The Steering Committee representatives agreed on selecting 7 proposals and to negotiate conditions with participants.
At the moment, negotiations are taking place and the final approval of the sub-projects will be shortly announced.
