ENERGY GLOBE World Award for Sustainability

The goal is to present successful sustainable projects to a broad audience, for many of our environmental problems already have good, feasible solutions

Energy-Globe-award.JPEGThe ENERGY GLOBE Award is today’s most prominent environmental award worldwide. It is awarded on an international level annually in five categories. In addition, the national awards annually distinguish the best projects in each of more than 100 participating nations.
The submitted projects are reported worldwide via television and Internet. The awards are presented by VIPs such as Kofi Annan, Mikhail Gorbachev, EU Commission President José Manuel Barroso; top actors such as Martin Sheen, Aamir Khan and Peter Falk; and pop stars such as Alanis Morissette, Dionne Warwick, Robin Gibb and Zucchero. International winners in the categories Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Youth each receive 10,000 euro in prize money. All national winners are invited to the international Gala.
Any sustainable project is welcome. No project is too large or too small.
