The first phase of the application procedure for partners applying for strategic projects on priority 3 (accessibility), namely the submission of ‘draft projects’ will pass on May 31 2011 (midnight, French local hour).
Please note that any proposals submitted at a later time can not be taken into consideration and that project teams not having submitted the relevant documents will not be able to participate to the application procedure.
Here some important precision on the time schedule:

| June, 6th 2011 | Publication of the application package on the programme website (documents and requirements have been slightly amended in comparison to first call on strategic projects) |
| June, 10th 2011 | Provision of user name and password for the PRESAGE CTE (sent per email) |
| July, 5th 2011 | Applicants’ Seminar for the applicants who have submitted a draft proposal for the 2nd call for strategic - in Marseille (more practical information soon) |
| September, 30th 2011 | Deadline for the submission of the full application on PRESAGE CTE |
Please note:
- the JTS will be closed on June, 2nd and 3rd 2011;
- this schedule only relates to the second call for strategic projects in priority 3. The call targeted to objective 2.3 ('Prevention of maritime risks and strengthening of maritime safety') follows a different time schedule, the deadline for submission is June, 30th 2011.
